NIEDERMORSCHWIHR
Beautifull small village, near Colmar, surrounded of its vineyard and
which has several beautiful houses as well as an architectural curiosity, the
bell-tower of its church. A pretty stage of the wine trail.
600 inhabitants, to 5 km of Colmar.

No the tourist bureau.
The site seems to have been occupied as of the Roman empire, but it is only
quoted for the first time in 1148. It is then possession from various religious
establishment. The village undergoes destruction in the course of time, in
particular at the time of the Thirty Year old war and the Second World war.

Further view to the Black Forest in Germany. According to the particular
atmospheric conditions you can see the Alps.
By hot summer days a walk in very close forest will lead you to the
shade of the chestnuts, beeches, birches with the TROIS-EPIS to 900 m of
altitude.
